Recently our customers reported some exposure failures with Instax Mini7s when they put the camera bag on. After a tiny experiment StoreInfinity Team realized that we can fix the problem nearly without efforts! Let's have a look at it!
First since we are talking about the Instax Min7s Camera photography, let's go over all steps we take before we point and shoot!
Step01: Open the film package

Step02: Open the film plastic bag

Step03: Please notice there is a YELLOW marker on the top of the film box.

Step04: Open the camera to mount the film.

Step05 Please notice there is also a YELLOW marker on the camera film container.

PLEASE NOTICE THIS IS A WRONG WAY TO MOUNT THE FILM!!!MAKE SURE THE YELLOW MARKERS MEET EACH OTHER!

Step06: This is the correct way to mount your film as two yellow markers matched!

Step07: Do not forget batteries!

Step08: Pull out the lens to turn the camera on!

Step09: Make the first shooting to get the black plastic film cover out!

Step10:Now let's turn it off and put on the camera bag.

Here Please notice that we found out the camera bag is somewhat covering the light sensor module next to the flash, thus when we take photos with flash on the reflect would overwhelm the light sensor causing low exposure. So please press the camera bag like this as you do or simply clip it away if you do not mind.

We took three photos at the same place, with the same light option on HOUSE/INDOOR, yet the first photo was taken with out camera bag on; the second with camera bag on, and the third with the camera bag on but by pressing the bag corner as we displayed above:

Please notice the photo in the middle taken without pressing the camera bag corner that is almost covering light sensor.

Thank you very much for your time and enjoy your Instax photography during holidays and parties!
