What Does My Order Status Mean?

 



 

 

Wondering what’s going on with your order?

You can check on it anytime by sign in to My Orders and opening the order’s details page.

Read on to find out exactly what’s going on during each order status update:


Pending
Payment Received
Payment Confirmed
Processing
Shipped
Cancelled


Pending
You have successfully placed the order, but we have not received your payment yet. If you selected  wire transfer at checkout, your order status will say “Pending” while we wait for your payment to reach our account. Generally wire transfers normally take about 4-7 working days.

If you decide not to pay for an order that is pending, you can simply not make the payment and it will automatically expire. 

 

Payment Received
We have received your payment and are ready to continue with your order.

 

Payment Confirmed
If you paid via PayPal, it means we have verified your payment. If you paid with  wire transfer, it means the payment details you gave us have matched up and we’ve already received the money. The order should enter the processing phase soon.

 

Processing
We are gathering together all the items in your order and putting them through strict quality control checks.

 

Shipped
We have sent out your package. You will receive an email from StoreInfinity.com with your tracking number, courier name and link for online tracking information, if available. You can also sign in to My Orders to check this information at any time.

 

Complete
Your order was delivered successfully, and we will no longer be tracking this order. For returns, product support or any other issues, please submit a Customer Service request using the links on the order’s details page.

 

Cancelled
You requested a cancellation of this order. If you’d still like to purchase the items in your canceled order, you can click on the “Return to checkout” button on that order’s details page and finish making your payment.
