The Return and Cancellation Policies below were written to accommodate customer’s needs and also to address the specific nature of our merchandise.

2. General Return and Cancellation Policies


Return Policy


If you are dissatisfied with an item, you can Login to My Orders and submit a return request form to Customer Service, you have up to 30 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.

 

Our Customer Service representatives determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges once customers have contacted us and explained their reason for return. Returning packages without prior approval from Customer Service will halt or delay your return.

 

Items eligible for a return include:

 

  • Quality issues
  • Damage during shipping
  • Allergic reaction from use
  • Received the wrong  item

 

Also must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons.

 

Cancellation Policy


Many orders can be cancelled at no charge up until shipment. When your order hits the road, you’ll receive an email entitled "Shipment Notification for order#XXXXXXX with StoreInfinity.com." Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and will be treated as returns.

Cancellations for a full refund are fit for all product categories within 12 hours of placing all orders.

 

To cancel an order, please Login to My Orders and request a cancellation.

 

3. Refunds

 

Once we receive your item(s), a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

 

Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

 

Paypal refunds will be sent to your paypal account within three business days of receipt of the returned package. Our customer  service will write you about the refund and you would like to check  your paypal account.
