Login to My Orders and find the order number you need to contact us about. 

Open the Order Details page by clicking on either the Order Number or View Details.

If you decide you want to send your item to a different address or you entered it wrongly, you can use this help link to request a change of shipping address up until the order ships.

This help link will appear if there is a delay in receiving your package. It will allow you to contact Customer Service and ask for any updates on where your package is and when you can expect to receive it.
